Gary's journey has been about making a meaningful impact. His enthusiasm for delivering high-quality, secure, scalable, and transformational change has been a key motivator. With many years of experience in Agile IT delivery, he's led transitions from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, recognizing that while Agile isn't always the best approach, some principles can still be applied to various projects.
Throughout his career, Gary has taken on roles in startups, system integrators, and end-user organizations. He's been involved in transformation IT delivery, led technical workstreams as part of Agile transformations, and managed the transition of outsourced services. Additionally, he's contributed to global support services and SAP support, and helped build an architecture practice from the ground up.
